One neglected factor in previous research is allocating the footprint (WF) to beef production’s different products by-products. objective this article was estimate WF cattle breeds at slaughterhouse cutting plant allocate it according cuts (products) by-products based on value fraction each. results indicated negative relationship between carcass weight processing when were compared. Regarding specific cut beef, kilogram rib eye from heaviest breed had 614.57 L/kg, compared 919.91 L/kg lightest breed.
